DELIVERY AND POSTAGE COSTS
Earth Toys sends orders Australia wide.
- Local Delivery is $5 (Cairns & Surrounding Area's)
- Delivery to most areas around Australia is $9.95!
- Instore pickup for free at our store in Cairns.
- Heavy or large items
- Shipping to rural areas.
- Some of our products and heavy Items will not be shipped to a PO Box
HOW WILL YOUR PURCHASE BE SHIPPED?
- We use Australia post & Sendle couriers for delivering toys.
- Large parcels need a physical address, we do not ship large parcels to PO Boxes.
Earth Toys delivery will generally take 2 to 10 business days to be delivered to you depending on your area. You will be sent a shipping notification email with your individual tracking code and the name of the courier. You can then track the progress of your parcel delivery with the tracking code in your shipping notification email.
WHEN WILL YOUR PURCHASE BE SHIPPED?
Your order is usually shipped the same business day if you have purchased before 12pm Qld time, after 12pm your order may be shipped the following business day. Peak periods such as Christmas may take slightly longer for your order to be shipped and courier travel times may be delayed.
Please understand that despite our best efforts delays can happen in the postal or courier system. In this case we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation and arrange for you to get your shipment as quickly as possible
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Our online store tracks our stock levels, all items listed as in stock are ready to be shipped.
As we have a physical store front and a online store on a rare occasion sales may cross over or stock levels could be incorrect. Should this happen, we will be in contact and notify you of this and you will have the option of either a refund, exchange or your items can be ordered and sent to you as soon as it comes back in stock.
WE USE RECYCLED PACKAGING
As a business that promotes enviromentally friendly products we understand the importance of using recycled shipping boxes where possible. When your package arrives it is likely to be packaged in a recycled cardboard box from our warehouse or brown craft paper. We make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged safely, securely and with as much recycled material as possible
RETURNS
Earth Toys does not offer Refunds for change of mind, please choose your toys with care and contact us with any questions, we are here to help.
However we do have a no fuss 7 day return policy on all orders excluding sale items.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 7 days of the date of delivery for store credit of the purchase price (no refund on postage). Simply email us on receipt of the product to let us know, then post the product back and we will arrange a store credit for your items. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Earth Toys, Cairns.
Returned items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are received in unsellable condition, then your return may not be processed. There are no returns or exchanges for products on sale.
EarthToys is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return post.
Please note - if you were sent your order as part of a free delivery offer then you will be credited for the order, less the standard delivery charge for your area.
YES We offer a 10% discount* for orders over $500 for registered Schools, Childcare Centre's and Homeschoolers.

BREAKAGES DURING DELIVERY
We check our products before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged and pack our parcels carefully to ensure safe delivery. Occasionally damage may occur in the delivery process. If this occurs please contact us for a replacement of the item or you can choose to recieve a store credit or refund if we can not replace or fix the issue. Any breakages must be reported immediately - the same or next working day after arrival. If an item arrives broken, the item will need to be returned to Earth Toys and the same replacement item will be forwarded to you.

YES WE OFFER AFTER PAY
Earth Toys offers a TAKE HOME payment plan system called AFTERPAY to assist you in purchasing the Toys you LOVE over a period of time!

- Your order is processed and shipped once afterpay is confirmed
This means you can order the toys you love today and we will ship your order out immediately, Simply select Afterpay at checkout and spread the cost of your purchase over 4 equal payments in 60 days. No catch.

- $1000 + limit on purchases depending on your account limit
- 18+ only
Afterpay will remind you when the payment is due and then deduct your payment automatically. After Pay charge a $10 fee for late payments and a further $7 late payment fee is added seven days after your initial unpaid balance.

A LITTLE NOTE REGARDING DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes can only be used on full price items, they cannot be used in conjunction with any stock already on special, or any promotions. Only one code can be used at checkout per order. No Discounts on Micro Scooters
